Kia ora, and welcome to Health Check NZ. My name is Samantha Recter, and I’m based right here in Gisborne, where I’m dedicated to supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of your workplace. I was brought up in Tauranga, which gives me a strong connection to the Bay of Plenty and the people and businesses within it.

At Health Check NZ, I specialise in workplace health services designed to help your team stay safe, healthy, and productive. Every service is delivered by me and our team of experienced, registered nurses, providing professional, confidential, and evidence-based care you can trust.

I’m proud to be an active member of both the New Zealand Occupational Health Nurses’ Association (NZOHNA) and the New Zealand Occupational Hygiene Society (NZOHS), keeping up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.

I’m fully mobile, so I can come directly to your workplace across Gisborne and Tauranga, or you and your team are always welcome to visit us at our clinic.
